Dinner Event

Sponsored by the Wharton Club of Minnesota

The Columbia University Club of Minnesota invites you to a “dinner and discussion” event at Spoonriver restaurant in Minneapolis on Tuesday, December 8.

Food Network editor Elizabeth Winter, Barnard ’97, will be hosting the event and leading a discussion on the farm-to-table trend that is a hallmark of this critically acclaimed restaurant, located next to the new Guthrie Theater in downtown Minneapolis.

Paul Hugunin, Coordinator of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's Minnesota Grown project, will also join us to talk about the fun and benefits of shopping locally and supporting local farms.
We'll enjoy a full-course meal, created by a variety of sampler plates that feature local and natural foods. The cost per person will be $38, and a cash bar with discounted wines will also be available.  We hope you will be able to join us for this fantastic and unique event!
